ROAK’s team works in London, Surrey and Hampshire. We successfully deliver refurbishment and renovation projects in Belgravia, Chelsea, Hampstead, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Notting Hill, Pimlico, Putney, Westminster and other areas in London. We also undertake new builds and refurbishments in Surrey, Hampshire and the surrounding areas.

Our head office is in the market town of Farnham in Surrey, and our site operatives and managers are based in and around Central London. This means we can visit sites regularly, within an hour if needed.

Our highly trained team consists of our core employees and vetted subcontractors. Staff development and training are crucial for us, and we are Construction Design and Management (CDM) compliant. 

We have an in-house lime plaster specialist, and we work with a team of highly skilled female decorators who can advise on colours and finishes, as well as work directly with interior designers. We can recommend architects and interior architects if needed.
