ROAK won this project for a unique new build – a beautiful, high-end arts and crafts property nestled in the Surrey countryside.

This stunning property has two outdoor barns, a tennis court, a heated outside pool, pond building and a garden kitchen.

There were challenges along the way due to the ground conditions of the site, but our team worked hard to overcome them, and the results speak for themselves.
