ROAK won the brief to refurbish this listed Crown Estate third floor flat situated within the Royal Parks, with limited access and historic restrictions to be respected.

The project involved soft stripping the lateral flat sympathetically and structurally altering key areas.

Dining room

We added discrete air conditioning, retaining as many original features as possible. The doors were of good quality but lacked detail, so we enhanced them by stripping and painting them with a wood grain effect. The sash windows and balcony doors were in poor repair, so they were expertly restored with meticulous care to preserve the original glass panes.
